Kiran: Can you actually get a gym-quality workout at home for under 900 bucks? I’m Kiran Shahneel, and today I’m testing the NordicTrack T 6.5 S to find out if it’s the budget king everyone claims it is.

Kiran: Here’s the good stuff. First, the FlexSelect cushioning is legit—you can literally switch between a soft landing to save your knees or a firm deck to mimic the road. Second, it’s a space-saver’s dream; the hydraulic lift folds it up effortlessly. And third, these OneTouch controls make interval training incredibly smooth—no mashing buttons, just instant speed changes.

Kiran: But it’s not perfect. The biggest miss? No built-in cooling fan, so you will sweat buckets. Also, there’s no touchscreen built-in—you have to bring your own tablet if you want that visual iFit experience.

Kiran: Overall? For the price, the build quality is unbeatable. I’ve got the full deep-dive on specs and my final verdict online. Read the full review on my website’s kiranshahneel.com/ kiranyousuf.com/
